Description
English: Cropped version of File:München - NS-Dokumentationszentrum (6).jpg Photographs from the art exhibitions Große Deutsche Kunstausstellung and Entartete Kunst in 1937 displayed at the Munich Documentation Centre for the History of National Socialism, a museum which focuses on the history of Munich and the rest of Bavaria during World War I, and World War II, especially the history and consequences of the Nazi regime and the role of Munich as Hauptstadt der Bewegung (′capital of the movement′). It is situated at the site of the former Brown House (Braunes Haus), the Nazi Party headquarters 1930 –1945.

The photographical reproduction of this work is covered under the article § 59 of the German copyright law, which states that "It shall be permissible to reproduce, by painting, drawing, photography or cinematography, works which are permanently located on public ways, streets or places and to distribute and publicly communicate such copies. For works of architecture, this provision shall be applicable only to the external appearance."

As with all other “limits of copyright by legally permitted uses”, no changes to the actual work are permitted under § 62 of the German copyright law (UrhG).
