SHOTS: snoepafdeling Vroom en Dreesman (V&D); maken van pepermuntkussentjes met machinaal slaan van deeg, mannen plakken gekleurde stroken op het deeg, machine trekt deeg in een lint waarna de snoepjes worden gestanst; snoeppot met pepermuntkussentjes en één met kaneelstokjes; kaneelolie wordt toegevoegd aan pan met brij van bruine suiker, stroop en witte suiker; uitgieten van de brij op stalen plaat, slaan van het deeg aan een haak aan de muur; man en vrouw maken lange strengen van de kaneel die vervolgens in stokjes worden geknipt; ext. zeventiende eeuwse pakhuis aan Kromboomsloot in Amsterdam.

Deutsch: Niederländische Wochenschau (Wochennummer 75-37 vom 1. Januar 1975) über die Herstellung von Bonbons. Im ersten Teil wird eine Fabrik gezeigt in der Bonbonmasse zunächst maschinell geknetet wird. Anschließend werden per Hand farbige Streifen aufgelegt, die Masse wird erneut geknetet und zu einem langen Strang ausgezogen und verdrillt, der dann in einzelne Bonbons zerteilt wird. Im zweiten Teil wird der Zuckerbäcker Jaap van Leverink aus Amsterdam bei der traditionellen Herstellung von Zimtstangen-Bonbons gezeigt. Zimtöl wird zu einer Pfanne mit karamelisiertem Zucker gegeben. Die Masse wird anschließend auf eine Platte abgekühlt, zu langen Strängen ausgezogen und mit einer Schere in einzelne Bonbons zerteilt.
