Description
English: LC Civil War maps (2nd ed.), S171, 440 Finished pen and ink manuscript on tracing cloth. Shows Federal position the "morning of April 6th" in blue, and Federal position the "night of April 6th" in red. Map includes names of Union commanders, roads, relief by hachures, vegetation, houses, fences, and drainage. Date from Stephenson's Civil War maps, 1989. Oriented with north to the right. Available also through the Library of Congress web site as raster image.
