English: Montello, Wis., resident, Staff Sgt. Jonathan P. Locy was presented the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal by Lt. Col. William Truax, executive officer at Marine Corps Security Cooperation Group during a ceremony at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek – Fort Story, Va., March 2. He is a graduate of Montello Junior and Senior High School in Wisconsin and is currently serving as a radio chief with the Coordination, Liaison and Assessment Team at MCSCG. Locy was presented this award for meritorious service while serving as a radio operator, First Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company (ANGLICO), First Marine Expeditionary Force (Forward), from November 2009 to May 2010, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. |
