Summary[edit]

Description
English: Community members participate in the Pledge of Allegiance at one of the 14 ‘King Sculptures’ along the newly designated Martin Luther King Jr. corridor in Oceanside, Calif., Feb. 25. The 14 art pieces were created by Roberto Salis for the city of Oceanside 11 years ago. The sculptures were damaged by weathering and aging, and pieces went missing. Community members raised enough money to restore all 14 pieces of the “King Sculptures.”
