Summary
[edit]DescriptionMayfair, South Audley Street, W1 - geograph.org.uk - 971917.jpg |
English: Mayfair: South Audley Street, W1 This building shows what happens when you give your architect free rein and a lot of terracotta! The landowner was the Duke of Westminster and the architect was one Albert J Bolton. The South Audley Street frontage is on the left continuing round to the former Chapel Place North frontage to the right, and the building was completed with Victorian confidence and exuberance in 1893. |
