Depicted people: Karl XIII av Sverige(-Norge) and Karl XIV Johan av Sverige-Norge

Svenska: Malteserkors, pressat av silverplåt, korsarmarna med fiskfjällsdekor, därpå släta patriarkkors, kantbårder av repstavar, ovala kulor på spetsarna. Mellan och delvis på korsarmarna fastlödda serafer av silverplåt.

Svagt välvd medaljong av guld och ljusblå emalj, däri av guld tre kronor och
tre spikar samt av guld och vit emalj I H S och kors, kantring av guld i form av eklövskrans. Medaljongen fäst med scharnér till v, inuti medaljongen miniatyrporträtt i gouache på elfenben under glas, d: 25 mm, Karl XIV Johan, bröstbild, fas h, uniform med serafimerbandet och ordenstecken, till h. signatur: "I W" (professor Johan Way).

På miniatyrdosans baksida stämplar: I.M., S:t Erik, T 3 (Isaac Malmborgs änka, Stockholm 1825), lodrätt placerad säkerhetsnål.
