Description

Ato de iluminação do Congresso Nacional destinado a lançar, oficialmente, as atividades do Movimento Novembro Azul que tem o objetivo de alertar a sociedade sobre a importância da realização de exames preventivos e detecção precoce do câncer de próstata, que é a doença que mais mata homens, excetuando-se as doenças cardiovasculares. A cerimônia de acendimento das luzes, na cor azul, é realizada após a sessão solene.

Participam: presidente do Instituto Oncoguia, Luciana Holtz; senadora Ana Amélia (PP-RS); senador Waldemir Moka (PMDB-MS); deputado Dr. Jorge Silva (PROS-ES); presidente do Instituto Lado a Lado Pela Vida, Marlene Oliveira; presidente da Sociedade Brasileira de Urologia, Carlos Eduardo Corradi; senador Fleury (DEM-GO); senador Kaká Andrade (PDT-SE); senador Antonio Carlos Valadares (PSB-SE).
