Description
English: 161013-N-JK586-087 STENNIS SPACE CENTER, Miss. -- In U.S. Navy tradition, the oldest Sailor in the command, Petty Officer 1st Class Gilberto Ortizmanzano serves cake to the youngest Sailor in the command, Ensign Alex Prieto during the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School's celebration of the Navy's 241st birthday. NAVSCIATTS held the celebration in conjunction with the formal unveiling of its Fallen Warrior Hall in the upper deck of its facilities on the John C. Stennis Space Center in Mississippi, which honors the sacrifices of 92 Naval Special Warfare who have given their lives since Sept. 11, 2001. NAVSCIATTS trains and educates more than 100 partner nations' special operations forces across the tactical, operational and strategic spectrums through in-residence and Mobile Training Teams' courses of instruction.
