江戸時代中期の地誌・地図作者森幸安が応仁年間から天正年間に至る百数十年、応仁の乱後の荒廃期の京都の状態を推定、考証して描いた地図の写し。地図余白を考証のテキストが埋める。森幸安の京都関係図は種類、数とも多いが、京都の歴史地図シリーズの構想のもとに編まれた全域図として寛延3年(1750)の4種(平安城以来の過去3時期と寛延当時)と、宝暦3年(1753)の本図を含む3種がある。宝暦の3図は先の3時代をさらに細分する。本図の縮尺は1町6分で、先の4図の1町5分とは異なる。内題角書に皇州緒輿撰とある。皇州緒輿撰は幸安の構想した山城の地誌書、下書の一部のみが当館に伝存する。
