Description
English: Compaction with the "Am Eschbach" residential development with 128 flats built between 2021 and 2024 in the Freiberg district of Mühlhausen, Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg. The area was previously used as an underground car park. The owners of the three residential buildings and a day care centre are Bau- und Heimstättenverein Stuttgart and Baugenossenschaft Zuffenhausen. The buildings were designed by EMT Architektenpartnerschaft.
Deutsch: Nachverdichtung mit der 2021 bis 2024 errichteten Wohnbebauung "Am Eschbach" mit 128 Wohnungen im Stadtteil Freiberg, Stadtbezirk Mühlhausen, Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg. Zuvor wurde die Fläche als Tiefgarage genutzt. Eigentümer der drei Wohngbeäude und einer Kindertagesstätte sind der Bau- und Heimstättenverein Stuttgart und die Baugenossenschaft Zuffenhausen. Geplant wurden die Gebäude vom Büro EMT Architektenpartnerschaft.
