According to this analysis,published in The JOURNAL, Nov. 25, 1905, p. 1G78, KoppsBabys Friend contains in Imii c.c. 0.0719 gm. morphin sul-phate; approximately \z of a grain in one fluid ounce.

Eskildson, Omaha, reports two cases of poison-ing occurring in infants.—The Journal, Nov. 25, 1905p. 1678, and Feb. 10, 1906, p. 447. R. Dodd, coroner of Oneida county (N. Y.), reported thedeaths of twin children, aged 1 month, in Utica, N. Y.—The Journal, March 3, 1906, p. 666. Dr. J. J. Deshler, Gliddon, Iowa, reported the case of achild, aged 14 months, who suffered from chronic opiumpoisoning from the habitual administration of KoppsBabys Friend.—Tin: Journal, May 19, 190G, p. 1541. Dr. L. E. Sicgelstein, Cleveland, coroner of Cuyahogacounty, reports the death of one infant, aged 2 months,and of another aged 5 weeks.—The Journal, July 14
