e Com-mittee, have general management of the Exposition. Officers of theDay shall continue in office until relieved by their successors. Theymust report at the Exposition building one hour before closing of Ex-position the night before he takes office, and at least one hour beforethe time of opening on day of office; and must continue on duty untilthe doors are closed the night of that day. The Second Officer of theDay shall rank next after the First Officer. The First Officer of theDay shall each night report to the Executive Committee any unfinishedbusiness, and said Committee shall report same to his successor with in-structions. RULE XY. These Rules, except Section 3 of Rule VI, can be amended, re-scinded, changed or suspended by a vote of a majority of all membersof the Executive Department, after a notice of the proposed change,amendment or suspension has been transmitted them by the Secretaryin writing; and by a unanimous vote of all the members of said de-partment. ■^^i^^^=^
