| Description |
English: Old Railway Sleeper An old sleeper rotting away. Still in its original position possibly from 1879. The Southwold narrow gauge railway ran through here along the marshes connecting Halesworth and Southwold.
The line closed in 1929 with lifting taking place during the war. Several sleepers can be seen along this section. |
