Summary

[edit]
Description

A very classy relative of the Sisyrinchiums (I always have to look up where the 'i's and 'y's go in that name) with nodding flowers and doing a very good impression of a spring snowflake (Leucojum).

This North American species comes up early in spring and disappears in early summer. The 'normal' version has silky royal purple flowers. I have some seedlings but they're not ready to flower yet.
