Description SOUTHERN IRAQ -- Soldiers from the 3rd Infantry Division under the command and control of U.S. Army Europe's V Corps take up firing positions during an enemy approach on their position at objective RAMA, in southern Iraq, March 24, 2003. Operation Iraqi Freedom is the multinational coalition effort to liberate the Iraqi people, eliminate Iraq's weapons of mass destruction and end the regime of Saddam Hussein. (Photo by Sgt.
