Description
English: Out on the Saltmarsh, Saltfleetby The sea is constantly throwing up eroded soil from further up the coast, which becomes colonised by a range of plants as it stabilises. This is one of the few parts of the east coast that is accreting as opposed to eroding. A little piece of Lincolnshire that is forever Yorkshire? Visitors need to be sure of the state of the tide before going out too far.
