English: AT SEA (Feb. 22, 2005)--Coast Guard Cutter Munro helicopter tie down members pass Munro navigation charts to the USS Juneau which is approximately one mile away. The charts will then be transferred to the USS Essex in Bahrain after the Juneau arrives in port Jebel Ali. Charts are for the port of Phuket, Thailand and will allow the Essex to complete a port call scheduled in the near future. This is a prime example of the close cooperation of ships operating in the Central Command area of operation. USCG photo by OS3 Richard Wilkerson |
