English: U.S. Army Spc. Nkelo Kurtz, medic and security force team member for Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) Farah, provides security outside a key leader engagement in Farah City, Feb. 27. PRT Farah met with top Farahi leadership to discuss ongoing governance and development issues within the province and to take part in an Afghan-led economic working group to begin planning a multi-year strategy for socioeconomic development in Farah that includes inputs from commerce, industry, agriculture and education sectors. PRT Farah's mission is to train, advise, and assist Afghan government leaders at the municipal, district, and provincial levels in Farah province, Afghanistan.
