Description
English: An Afghan boy clings to his brother's side while talking to security force team members from Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) Farah during the PRT's mission to observe the Justice Sector Support Program (JSSP) in Farah City, April 2. The JSSP is a 40-day rule of law course for judges, prosecutors, police and private attorneys designed to build capacity in order to deliver increased justice services to the people of Farah. PRT Farah's mission is to train, advise, and assist Afghan government leaders at the municipal, district, and provincial levels in Farah province Afghanistan. Their civil military team is comprised of members of the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). (U.S. Navy photo by Lt. j.g.
