| Description |
English: Pentire Farm Field on cliffs. This is National Trust land and farmed by a tenant farmer. Totally exposed to the Atlantic this field is used for sheep and cattle mostly. Fields sheltered on the other side of the hill are used for crops. There are many tin mine shafts in the sides of the cliffs and Cornish miners would have had a job reaching some of the openings which can only be seen from the base of the cliffs. |
