Description I-Spy Rosa and Karl. Karl had been elected to the Reichstag in 1912 for the area of Potsdam and Osthavelland. I like the counterpoint betweenthe SED Communist Party HQ and the Palace at SansSouci. The origin of this souvenir is a joint Polish-GDR stamp exhibition to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the founding of the SED, the East German communist party.
