Plenário do Congresso Nacional realiza sessão especial para a promulgação da Emenda nº 88, que altera de 70 para 75 anos a idade de aposentadoria compulsória dos ministros do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), dos demais tribunais superiores e do Tribunal de Contas da União (TCU).
