Do not remove this tag until the deletion nomination is closed. Reason for the nomination: "Unknown author", claimed source is a Facebook link.
Proof of identity verification of the true copyright holder (the photographer) via email correspondence is required for images previously published on social media so to confirm if the uploader is indeed the photographer (the copyright holder) of this image and that the photographer (the copyright owner) has applied the license as indicated, as there have been numerous cases on Wiki before (and up to now) that the uploaders just grabbed images from Facebook or other social media sites. For email template, see COM:VRTS#Email message template for release of rights to a file. Better still, have the original overwrite this FB-derived image, if the image is truly self-photographed work of the uploader.

Summary
[edit]DescriptionPortaMariae.jpg |
English: The Porta Mariae is a Commemorative Arch of the Tercentenary or 300th celebration of the devotion to Our Lady of Penafrancia.
The grand portal, 18 meters wide, four meters deep and 11 meters high, has on its top the 10-feet tall brass image of the Lady of Peñafrancia and two angels. The main portal’s center accommodates at least eight persons while the two small gates accommodates three persons. the Porta Mariae was conceived by the Archdiocese of Caceres and realized by the Peñafrancia Devotees of Metro Manila Foundation Inc. headed by retired general Salvador Mison which launched a fund-raising campaign around the globe to finance the project. Designed by Architect Gian Paolo P. Prieta and completed under the direction of Engineer Noriel L. Villar, the Porta Mariae was blessed and inaugurated by Archbishop Leonardo Legazpi on September 9, 2010. |

Background of Naga
[edit]The 3rd Philippine city granted the title of 'Royal' (after Manila and Cebu) by King Philip II and the Ecclesiastical seat of the Bishop of the entire Bicol region and almost half of Southern Luzon for three centuries centuries, Naga, or formerly known as the Royal City of Nueva Caceres (New Caceres), is the Queen City of Bicol. The title of 'Queen City' is used in the context of the historical significance of Naga in the Bicol region. For hundreds of years Naga has been the center of trade, education, religion, culture and healthcare in the region. This notion is further re-enforced since the Queen and Principal Patroness of Bicol, the miraculous image of Our Lady of Penafrancia, resides in Naga
