Description Young woman poses in concrete pipe. Taken at Pre-Stress Concrete Facility in Mandeville, Louisiana. Pre-Stress is where they manufactured all of the concrete that was used in the construction of the Lake Ponchatrain Causeway. It has been abandoned since the completion of the second span in the 1960's.
