English: An airman from the 474th Expeditionary Civil Engineering Squadron/Base Emergency Engineering Force zip ties security netting to the ground near Office of Military Commissions facilities on Naval Base Guantanamo Bay in preparation for tropical storm Issac. Many precautions are being taken to prepare for the storm including passing out emergency food and water rations to the troops, securing small boats and vehicles and reviewing emergency procedures should the storm become too dangerous.
