Description
English: President Barack Obama addresses the soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines of Bagram Air Field, Parwan province, Afghanistan, May 2. The president visited Afghanistan to sign a historic agreement with Afghan President Hamid Karzai setting the path for the eventual withdrawal of U.S. forces and increased self-governance by the recognized government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
