| Description |
English: Promised Land, Billinge The old farmhouse is now being redeveloped following the death of the owner, a fire and subsequent sale of the property and land. The footpath past the house has been temporarily closed and a short diversion is in place. The diversion is due to be lifted in April 2009, presumably when the building work has been completed. A very brief burst of sunlight through the grey and a feint rainbow brightened the scene for a minute or two before a heavy downpour. I was glad I had my waterproofs on today ;) |
