Description
A quitclaim deed for Marion Taylor of Peabody who purchased property in Salem, MA from a Frank R. Kimball of Salem. The date on the quitclaim is 3, June 1903. Miss Taylor was born in 1865 and died on 14, December 1933 in Nashua, New Hampshire of Bladder Cancer at the age of 70. Marion lived at home with her parents at 28 Chestnut Street in Peabody. She was admitted to the Shorthand Reporters' Association in 1900 when she was 36. She worked as a bank clerk.

The property she purchased was located in Salem at the Corner of Briggs Street and Washington Square formerly Pleasant Street, hence running northly on Washington Square 111 feet and 9 inches to land of Miller, now or late hence running easterly by land of Miller 150 feet to the southwest corner of land now or formerly of Ropes and hence easterly by said land and land now or formerly of [ unclear ] and of Putnam 123 feet and 5 inches to land of Brooks, now or late, hence running southerly by land of said Brooks 77 feet 8 inches to Briggs Street hace running westerly by Briggs Street 316 feet 6 inches to the bound first mentioned, being the memrise coveyed by deed of Charles H. Miller to me recorded Book 695 leaf 41 and by said Susan S. Kimball to use by deed recorded in said Registery Book 1696 page 112.

The rest of the deed is Frank R. Kimball giving up all rights to the land and passing it to Marion Taylor of Peabody. The property is most likely where the Knights of Columbus is today It is unknown if it is that property, but seems like it maybe.
