English: RX53: Dorothy Melinda To brighten up a rather dull and uninspiring roundabout in front of the station, Hastings council decided to place an old fishing boat there to remind visitors of the town's heritage. RX53 was a working boat operating off Hastings beach until 2004 and was moved to its current spot in August 2006. The ruins of Hastings Castle can be seen on the cliffs in the background. |
