| Description |
English: Railway Viaduct near Ponsanooth. This viaduct is on the Falmouth Branch Line although originally it was part of the Cornwall Main Line which terminated at Falmouth. The piers which can be seen in front of the viaduct are part of the original viaduct which held the track bed on massive timbers fanning out from the top of the piers. This was a cheap solution but one which did not last and had to be replaced. |
