These engines have cylinders 28 x 30 inches, the diameter of the driving wheels is 73/2 inches andthe weight on the driving wheels is 246,000 pounds. Aworking pressure of 210 pounds is used and the enginedevelops a tractive force of 57.510 pounds, and withbooster 67,660 pounds. The total weight of the engineand tender in working order is 610,300 pounds.
