Jarrett Lowrie, a native of Windsor, Calif., and intelligence analyst with 2nd Marine Expeditionary Brigade, II Marine Expeditionary Force, stands at parade rest with the brigade colors in preparation for a hike aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, N.C., Oct. 15, 2014. Lowrie and other Marines competed for the unit’s Marine of the Quarter board, which he won for the month of October. Lowrie said he plans to take what he learned from the board and pass it to Marines in his shop. |
