Summary
[edit]DescriptionRed-brick cottages - geograph.org.uk - 1266937.jpg |
English: Red-brick cottages. One of the few older buildings here, these cottages are located at the northern end of Collett's Bridge Lane. The view was taken in southerly direction. This narrow lane turns off Gosmoor Road just west of Collett's bridge. It runs in northerly direction, providing access to properties located alongside it. After turning east and back towards the A1101 it becomes an unsurfaced and unnamed track which doubles as a public footpath, leading southeasterly past properties > 1266951 along the infilled Wisbech canal and reconnecting with Collett's bridge. Followed in the other direction, the footpath runs along a field's edge, skirting the infilled canal and a short distance further to the northwest, traversing it. The path emerges at Chapel Lane in Elm, further to the northwest. |
