Description
English: Remains of WW2 radar mast by Cyrn-y-Brain track. This brick and concrete structure on a local high point immediately east of the track from the Ponderosa café to the transmitters on Cyrn-y-Brain is probably the base of a World War 2 radar mast (see: http://www.cpat.org.uk/projects/longer/histland/llangoll/1143.htm ). Aerial photographs show a track running directly to the structure and the foundations of a building nearby. Another view of the structure is given in 1210758, and the location is shown in 1210678
