| Description |
English: Ruins of Peewet Hall This must once have been quite a substantial place to be called a 'hall'. Constructed using the local Millstone Grit rock. There isn't much left to see now other than the basic footprint of the building and it isn't shown on the modern OS 1:50k maps but is shown on older maps. Sheep graze the surrounding fields and the linear area of woodland just to the northwest is a mixed pine plantation. |
