English: Sailors assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS McCampbell (DDG 85) assess a simulated chest wound during a medical training drill at sea. McCampbell is part of the George Washington Carrier Strike Group, the U.S. Navy's only continuously forward-deployed carrier strike group, based out of Yokosuka, Japan, and is conducting a routine western Pacific patrol in support of regional security and stability of the vital Asia-Pacific region. America's sailors are warfighters, a fast and flexible force deployed worldwide. Join the conversation on social media using #warfighting.
