"In the matter of the Estate of Robert Sutherland (deceased). Ex parte Sir Roderick Impey Murchison, and John Hopton Forbes, petitioners. And in the matter of the Estate of Alexander McLeod (deceased), Ex parte John Cochrane and Thomas Patterson, petitioners."
