English: Sapperton Triangulation Pillar. This obsolete trig point is now a little faded. It is also, in my opinion, rather oddly sited, being as it is at the side of one of the Sapperton Park rides. One would have thought a location at the top of the hill and away from the hedgerow would have been more useful. |
