Description
Bahasa Indonesia: Lambang Kabupaten Bantul. Berupa perisai dengan bentuk kelopak bunga teratai bersudut lima dengan pita "KABUPATEN BANTUL" di bagian bawah. Dalam kelopak teratai tersebut terdapat bintang, frasa Hanacaraka ꦲꦩꦩꦪꦸꦲꦪꦸꦤꦶꦁꦧꦮꦤ (Hamamayu Hayuning Bawana, motto standar DIY), padi berjumlah 50 bulir, kapas 15 buah (melambangkan landasan hukum pendirian kabupaten berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 15 Tahun 1950), serta daun tembakau kembar. Dalam roda 40 gerigi berwarna merah-putih terdapat pohon kelapa, keris luk 5, empat gunung, aliran sungai, dan gelombang laut. Lambang ditetapkan berdasarkan Perda Kabupaten Bantul No. 1 Tahun 1972
