Description

A escolha da torneira automática é uma atitude de sustentabilidade.

A Comissão de Desenvolvimento Regional e Turismo (CDR) aprova um projeto que torna obrigatória a instalação de torneiras automáticas em banheiros coletivos. O projeto (PLC 51/2014), do deputado Lincoln Portela (PR-MG), agora vai para a Comissão de Constituição e Justiça (CCJ). Pela proposta, todos os banheiros de uso coletivo localizados em edifícios públicos comerciais e residenciais construídos a partir da aprovação do projeto deverão ter torneiras com dispositivo de vedação automática de água. A fiscalização será feita pelos órgãos municipais. Os novos edifícios que não se enquadrarem na regra não receberão o habite-se. O objetivo, segundo o autor, é minimizar o risco de um colapso no abastecimento hídrico.
