| Description |
English: Shoreline at Ballymacormick Point The extreme northern tip of Ballymacormick Point near Jennys Island. Note - these rocks are only accessible at low tide and are shown on the 1:50000 OS maps as just making the extreme southern edge of J5284 which is why I have submitted as so (I also checked on my much clearer detailed 1:10000 map which would concur with the grid ref). If you wish to visit this area be warned - check the tides in advance or you will get trapped and it is quite a perilous journey across some extremely slippy and jagged rocks from the main path at Ballymacormick Point. |
