Depicted person: Karl XV av Sverige-Norge

Svenska: Fyrkantig platta av grön jaspis, rundade sidor, fasade kanter. Däri graverat vapen, skrafferade färgangivelser. Sköld av fransk typ, kluven, båda halvor krönta med kungliga kronor. Höger fält tre kronor och folkungalejonet, vänster fält det norska lejonet, i mantelsnitt nertill det skånska, krönta griphuvudet.Oval hjärtsköld, Bernadotte och Vasa. Skölden står på postament, sköldhållare krönta, bakåtseende lejon, nedanför skölden hänger ordenstecken i band samt därnedanför Serafimerorden kedja med tecken. Vapentält krönt med svensk kronprinskrona.Slät fattning av silver, på kanterna bladkrans i relief, på ovansidan ring av kulor samt fyra s-formigt svängda voluter nertill avslutade med örnhuvuden. På voluterna vilar holk av silver i form av svensk hertigkrona, vasarna förgyllda.Svarvat och snidat skaft av elfenben, mitt på skaftet trappstegsformigt inskuret fyra ovala, genombrutna fält med utsparad stav i mitten. Skaftet vidgat uppåt till rund,tillplattad kula, dekorerad på sidan med två rader kulor i relief, på ovansidan ristsvarvad rosett.
