Description
English: Silt Traps in the Warland Drain From here the water pours into the Warland Reservoir a few hundred yards to the south. Prior to this happening, silt and other debris would have the opportunity to settle to the bottom of these tanks instead of making it into the reservoir and thus diminishing its capacity. Originally, the silt would be dredged from these tanks periodically.
