English: U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Jacob Miller, an explosive ordnance disposal technician with EOD Mobile Unit 12 and Task Force Troy controls training devices while simulating terrorist bomb attacks on Aegis Security vehicles carrying U.S. Army Corps of Engineer clients during Counter Improvised Explosives Device training at the C-IED Range on Contingency Operating Base Speicher, located near Tikrit, Iraq, March 21.
