Summary
[edit]| Description |
English: Sleightholme road through pinewoods Scattered pines and larch on the south of the Sleightholme road face a denser belt of Scots pines on the north. The wooded area ends at the cattle grid in the distance between the walls. Although gritty in places, the road surface provided much easier nordic skiing than most of my day spent up on the moors. The dog appreciated not sinking in so deep that she couldn't see out, too ! |
