Summary[edit]

Description
English: Source of a stream. This stream originates on the moorland plateau of Esgair Elan 1031634 but drops very rapidly into Cwm Tinwen 1032421 and the Afon Ystwyth. This results in fast flowing water whenever there is excess water on the plateau. As a consequence, even the small branches that collect the water on the ridge have formed deep trenches.
