English: South Shields On the left is The Custom House Theatre and this view looks across the river Tyne at one of the big ferries that sails out of North Shields to Northern Europe.
The bunting strung between the lamp posts was for the previous day when the QEII had sailed up the Tyne for the final time, it was being taken down as we watched. |
