English: Southall railway station, Greater London Opened in 1839 by the Great Western Railway on the line from London Paddington to Reading. View west towards Hayes & Harlington and Reading. Until 1942, this was the junction for the Brentford Dock branch. Since TQ1279 : Southall railway station, Greater London, 2009, the view has been obscured by a new footbridge, a new entrance building has been built on the right (also partially obscured) and the 1876 street-level building is no longer used by passengers. |
