English: Spindle Bridge Marsh (1) The name of the field according to the 1844 tithe map and part of the Pevensey Levels. Not to be confused with another field of the same name which lies to the north of the footbridge from which it takes its name. This is the northern end of the field which is fenced off and judging by the pipes on the floor something to do with the sewage works that lie in an adjacent field. |
